주님의 귀한 말씀은

내 발의 빛이요

​

Lamp of our feet, where-by we trace

Our path when wont to stray;

​

목마른 사막 길에서

샘물과 같도다

​

Stream from the fount of heav'n-ly grace,

Brook by the trav-eler's way.

​

굶주린 나의 영혼을

만나로 먹이고

​

Bread of our souls, where-on we feed,

True man-na from on high;

​

내 갈길 밝게 비추니

그 말씀 귀하다

​

Our guide and chart, where-in we read

Of realms be-yond the sky;

​

낮에는 구름 기둥과

밤에는 불기둥

​

Pil-lar of fire, through watch-es dark,

Or ra-diant cloud by day;

​

주 백성 앞에 나타나

인도해 주시네

​

When waves would whelm our toss-ing bark

Our an-chor and our stay;

​

하늘의 깊은 지혜를

깨닫게 하시고

​

Word of the ev-er liv-ing God,

Will of His glo-rious Son;

​

주 말씀 밝히 알도록

늘 도와주소서 아멘

With-out thee how could earth be trod,
