즐겁도다 이 날 세세에 할 말

사망권세 깨고 하늘이 열려

"Wel-come, hap-py morn-ing!" Age to age shall say;

Hell to-day is van-quished! Heaven is won to-day!

​

죽은 자가 다시 살아 나와서

생명의 주 예수 찬송하도다

​

Lo! the Dead is liv-ing, God for-ev-er-more,

Him, their true Cre-a-tor, All His work a-dore;

즐겁도다 이날 세세에 할말

사망권세 깨고 승리하셨네

​

부활 하신 주님 나타나시니

천지만물 모두 새 옷 입었네

​

Earth her joy con-fess-es, Cloth-ing her for spring,

All fresh gifts re-turned with Her re-turn-ing King:

꽃은 만발하고 잎이 우거져

승리하신 주를 찬송하도다

​

Bloom in ev-ery mead-ow, Leaves on ev-ery bough,
